boys boys boys

first of all gusto ko pasalamatan si faye kasi kahit galing siyang overtime eh pumayag pa rin siya na maki-dsl ako sa kanila kahit mga past 12 na kami natapos. i lab yu pepaye! more power to you!!! hehe

it seems to me that i have a new crush every sem. hindi ko talaga pinatawad ang summer!! kahit 6 weeks lang ang duration nya... hehe. anyway, by some stroke of luck, me and 2 of my friends ended up in a section composed of people we haven't encountered during our past subjects. new people = new faces.

crush #1's name is jonathan. he's a john pratts, cute but short. at first i thought that he only looks cute from afar because seeing him up close, his nose seemed too big for his face. however when we had our break in the middle of our 5-hour class, i found out that he has a car. *screams* and he's so smart too!! saan ka pa di ba? may kotse na, matalino pa!

i don't know crush #2's name, but if crush #1 is like john pratts, this one truly is john pratts!! kamukha nya si john sobra! although my friend thinks he also looks a little bit like tom cruise (kakapanood lang nya kasi ng mi3!! hehe). pero... he too is short, and he's too macho for his height, that he looks disproportioned (unproportioned?). i think he's also a transferee like crush #1, and on our way home, nung nasa parking lot kami papunta sa car ng friend ko, nakasabay namin sya, at narinig na sumigaw sa friends nya na uwi na daw sya, tapos nilalaro nya ung susi nya... at sumakay sa isang blue  na sasakyan. *screams again* well he seems nice, his friends too because we don't know each other's names, but they always give us a big smile whenever we ran into each other outside of class. however, my friends think he's gay... sorry hindi ata gumagana ang gaydar ko kaya ndi rin ako sure. haha

alis muna tayo sa totoong buhay at pumunta tayo sa teleserye ng totoong buhay. ang landi ng mga bata!!! pero crush ko si gerald so cute!! si fred na rin kasi ang macho nya. haha. pero seriously, watching them made me wish na sana 16 years old na lang ulit ako... not just because nagkakasala ako sa pagnasa (hehe) kay gerald at my present age, pero kasi madaming mga bagay na i sometimes wish i did or didn't do... erase erase!!! akala ko ba tungkol sa boys tong entry na to?

babble babble

the summer sem is finally over. still not too sure whether it all went too fast or too slow for me. but i am just relieved that i now get to have at least a few days of vacation before the 1st sem starts. my summer crushes turned out to be total duds. john pratts look a like (i still don't know his name!!!) might be gay and jonathan is a snob. and then yesterday when we caught the last full show of da vinci code in festi, we ran  into my 2nd sem crush with his fiance. i swear that guy is following me around (haha) because i see him everywhere, in ruins, town, that yosi place in school, and the reg office.

so much for my crushes. anyway, the movie version of da vinci code is ok. just ok. maybe i just think of the movie that way because the night before i was up until 12 studying, woke up at 4 am to continue studying, took a final exam in microbiology at 8 and had a team teaching thing for the diseases called schistosomiasis at 2 pm. it has been a long day yesterday. and our seats were horrible. and the lines for the tickets were long. and i spent the better part of the time waiting in line trying to block out the sounds of my friend and her husband having a heated discussion behind me. i think i would have to watch it again. or at least read the book again too because most of the time i was trying to remember who that character was and what's going to happen next. i have to admit though, you wouldn't appreciate it that much if you haven't read the book because the movie would pretty much be like a discovery channel documentary. i love the actors they chose for silas the albino monk and sophie noveau though. sophie is my fave dan brown heroine because she is the only who didn't have sex with the leading man at the end of the book. hehe.

and because i went home really late last night, i was only able to watch the last 5 minutes of the american idol results show and completely missed the season finale of the amazing race. i was home just in time to see elliot yamin sing his final song. haha. i still think an elliot-taylor or elliot-kat finale is better than a kat-taylor one. it's going to be one heck of a boring finale because as much as i love kat (she has turned me into a mclesbian!!! hahaha), taylor is on a completely different level and would not be too challenged by her. nevertheless, i am looking forward to her singing 3 songs next week because although kat sucks real bad when she sucks, but she is unstoppable when she is in her element, take for instance, her somewhere over the rainbow or someone to watch over me number. she just gotta hold off on the vocal acrobatics a little...

when is the rerun for the amazing race finale? oh and i am not reachable by text as of the moment. again. i can recieve calls though....

Beauty Takes Time.

warning: this is going to be a girly entry.

so this is the first day of my first real vacation since... well i dunno. well not really because i have to keep coming back to school for some requirements, but nevertheless it is nice to wake up not worrying about a test i haven't studied for that's going to happen in about an hour.

anyway, i woke up at 7:30, and decided that i'm going to go through some rituals i have ignored since i have started school. so here's a list of the things i did, in order after i woke up:

1. brisk walking around the park for 30 minutes, then picked a fight with the slam man. i lost of course hehe

2. took a bath. exfoliated. then put on lotion afterwards.

3. dried my hair in front of the fan while putting on astringent, moisturizer, and sun block cream.

the whole routine took me about 3 hours. ack. i realized that if i'm gonna do all of these things everyday before i go to school, i would have to wake up at about 4 am for an 8 am class every friggin day. i think those 3 hours that i would have to dedicate for vanity would be better spent on something worthwhile. like sleeping. hehe. but i really really have to cleanse and moisturize my face because of all the crap i slather on every day. we are required to put on make up during duty or else we will be considered absent. the absence of color on our faces will merit us an incomplete uniform violation, which in turn will cause us to do about 2-3 days of make-up duty, and each day costs about 300 pesos. and it's obvious that i need to lose weight. the nursing professors give me a hard time about it all the time. well they can't fail me because of my height and weight, that would be discrimination. i do not get grades below 80 anyway.

it's so damn hard being a girl. and expensive too. it's so unfair. so if  you are a girl who is about my age (younger people don't count because y'all have nice fast metabolisms and great poreless skins) or older and you don't exfoliate, exercise, diet, cleanse, and moisturize, but still manage to look like you do these things on a regular basis, i hate you you lucky, lucky biatch. hehe.
